Avoid Scams
Spotting scams isn't as easy as spotting carpet stains, but here are some hints:
- It’s a cliche because it’s true: if it sounds like too good of a deal, it probably is!
It costs a lot to provide the excellent service we strive to give you. All of our cleaners are trained, our machines cleaned regularly so you don’t get the last house’s dirt, and our services are insured in case of any issue. Many budget companies do not take these precautions so they can afford to charge you less for their subpar cleaning.
- Take a look at their vans.
Our vans are cleaned regularly and kept up to date on their services. We would hate to be late to your appointment because of vehicle trouble, and we are supposed to get rid of dirt, not track more in!
- Do they have roots in the community?
Some budget companies are temporary. They intend to clean, collect, and move on. We are a staple in the community. We are here to stay for repeat services, maintenance, and your peace of mind.
- Avoid bait and switch!
There are a lot of bait and switch companies that advertise low and once they’re in your location, they add on fees & extra add-ins to services that are extremely high and unfair to you the consumer. Please be aware of these bait and switch tactics.
- Use certified professionals.
For your protection, make sure your flooring specialists are IICRC certified with up to date certification and register numbers. Ask to see their registration. That way your Carpet warranty is valid and you know you have a true professional.
